An opportunity to learn how to hand build, make tiles, learn about colour applications and how to make handles. This 4 week course can be used as a stepping stone introduction with the opportunity to build these skills with an intermediate course to follow. This course is suitable for complete new-comers and people who would love to work with clay.

About Emma Chapman
Emma is an experienced ceramicist and excellent teacher for all abilities. Emma has been sharing her knowledge and skills with the creative community at Old Printworks Arts since it’s opening. Emma has many years experience and she is renowned for her unique tableware, which she sells all over the world.


An opportunity to learn the craft of lino printing. Gain an understanding of creating a design and preparing the materials for print, which inks and mediums to use and use of the tools. Embrace your own creativity to create beautiful prints for cards, fabrics and stand alone pieces. This course is suitable for complete new-comers and people who want to make a quantity of seasonal cards.


An opportunity to learn the craft of copper foiled stained-glass. Gain an understanding of cutting, shaping and joining glass during a guided project. Apply these skills in a second project with support and guidance whilst embracing your own creativity. This course is suitable for complete new-comers and people who love shiny things. If you love having a go and enjoy making hand made projects and gifts, this course with Antonella is perfect for you.


Each course is 4 weeks long and must be paid for in full, in advance, plus booking fee. Spaces are limited. Bookings are non-refundable, unless the course is cancelled by the provider, for any reason. In the event that the course is undersubscribed, the course will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
